Material analysis
1. Customized structure for 2-4 layersHigh barrier film laminations are often required to protect product integrity and quality.
2. External Layer - BOPP/BOPA/PET Provides dimensionally-stable print surtace.
3. Middle Layer - AL/VMPET/NY/PAPER Prevents moisture, light, and oxygen transmission.
4. Inner Layer- PE/CPP/VMCPP Allows the flexible packaging structure to be heat-sealable.
Packaging & Delivery
1. Packaging Bags are first packed in a plastic bag.
2. Packed in Carton size will be depended on product spec. or to your request.
3. Contaminants & Dust prevention: Your boxes will be wrapped with PE and metallic film.
4. Handing & Storage: Boxes will be set on 1m(W)x 1.2m(L) pallets with binding strap.
