This machine adopts electrical heating , bidirectional centrifugal separation and internal circulation and heating. It can produce WFI and pure steam simultaneously or individually.

The forerunner technical structure.

Head disputation + bidirectional centrifugal separation structure enable internal , external , upper and lower centrifugal separation which produces highly saturated , high quality pure steam.

Distillation is a process for chemical and microbiological purification of raw water by gas-liquid reform and separation. In the process, water is evaporated, in which produced steam breaks away from water, and unevaporated water flowing to behind is dissolved with solids, non-volatile substances and macromolecular impurities. In the distillation process, low-molecular impurities may be entrained and carried in evaporated steam in the form of water mist or droplets, so it needs separation device to remove tiny water mist and entrained impurities, including endotoxin. Purified steam becomes water for injection after condensation. Distilling method can reduce at least 99.99% of endotoxin content.


Main features

1.  Multi-effect water distiller adopts unique tertiary separation technology (flash, gravity separation by 180 degrees exhumation and health type spiral separation technology), producing distilled water and pure steam with best quality, as well as safe and reliable.

3.  Unique technology of continuous removal of non-condensable gas.

4.  The latest risk prevention design concept: removal of impurities in the early process stage. Seperated impurities (endotoxin, non-condensable gas and other impurities) from each evaporating column (effect) will not be brought into next column (effect), to ensure obtaining WIF with best quality;

5.  Residual discharge is carried out for each column, to the last column for discharge.

6.  Continuous exclusion of non-condensable gas is carried out for each column, rather than concentrated to condenser for exclusion.

7.  Impurities are excluded continuously, not intermittently.

8.  All condensers, feedwater pre-heaters and first effect of evaporating column adopts double tube plate design, preventing cross contamination to the greatest degree.

9.  Each effect of evaporating column is equipped with special feedwater distribution plate, which can guarantee that supply water can form falling film in the column tube, to ensure the highest evaporation heat exchange efficiency.

Operational principle

1.  Raw water: raw water by the feed pump pressure (PU5101) passes through the condenser (HEC5101) (HEP5105, HEP5104, pre HEP5103, HEP5102, HEP5101) by industrial steam condensation water, distilled water and two steam heating, then the evaporator (DT5101) at the top of the water device, evenly distributed into the evaporation tube in the film formation, evaporation column tube flow; the flow because thin so quickly evaporate, two steam; non evaporated raw water is transported to the next activity (DT5102), as The raw water of the secondary evaporator is similar to that of the secondary evaporator, which is not evaporated until the last effect (DT5102) has not been evaporated and will be discharged as condensate.

The two steam continues to spiral in the evaporator and to the third separation at the central separation unit.

4.  Distilled water: two steam cooling is distilled water, distilled water after the conductivity of on-line detection, distilled water as qualified water for injection by opening (AV5115) into the storage tank, distilled water is not qualified by opening (AV5116) will be discharged.

5.  Cooling water cooling water through the condenser in the two generation of steam, the effect of the distilled water and the end effect of cooling; when the temperature probe (TT5106) detected by distilled water, the water temperature, through the valve (CV5102) so that the temperature stability in the setting value.

6.  Non-condensable gas: in the condenser, there is a part of the gas that cannot be condensed into water. It is called a non-condensable gas. This part of the gas will be removed by a discharge device attached to the upper part of the condenser.
