Main description

1.  TCE series juice extractors is used in the citrus extracting In this process,the fruit roll into cup-shape holders.

2.  An overhead hemispherical counter press is lowered for pressing.

3.  During the pressing process,circular cutter cut holes in the peel at the top and bottom of the fruits.

4.  The pressing process is continued until the inner portion of the fruit discharges through the lower hole into a perforated cylinder.A plunger then exerts pressure on the frut flesh in the cylinder until the juice and cells discharge through the hole in the cylinder.
