Main description
The distribution skid is integrated with distribution, sterilization and quality monitoring, regarding with the different level pharmaceutical water, rack-mounted distribution system saves space, easy for installation, pre installation and performance quality will be executed at our factory before shipment, all pipes are SS316L, no dead corner, sanitary clamp connection , the roughness of all parts surface which is connected with production water is less than 0.6um, no buffer tank at circulation loop can effectively prevent bacterial growth, meet FDA requirement.
Main features
1. High performance transfer pump to achieve dynamic continuous and smooth running.
2. Automatic orbital welding with arc protection and sanitary tri-clamp connection.
3. Temperature, pressure , flow and etc will be detected online(TOC online detector at option), unqualified water drain directly.
4. Ensure the turbulent flow and keep positive pressure in circulation loop(flow rate more than 1m/s) VDF pump is considered for high efficiency.
5. Reasonable online sampling ports, meet maintenance and validation requirement after system running Insulation installation , we will consider the ventilation in different sanitary level room to ensure insulation.
6. We will select suitable sterilization method for storage distribution system , such as hot water sterilization at 80 degree at cycle, 121 degree hot water sterilization periodically, ozone , UV sterilization and etc.
7. Sanitary design for component, equipment, pipeline and accessories.
8. Multiple parameter recorder.
9. Integrated module assembly, convenient operation and each parameter is easy to be monitored.
10.According to GMP standard to design and manufacture and follow ISPE engineering guidelines and FDA guide lines.
