Main description

3.  The main part of the machine is made of 304 stainless.

4.  The automatic pressing programs are operated by a PLC system and can select any type of working cycle. The press is also equipped with an "nelligent pressing programme which, according to the variety of grapes being fed into the machine, automatically choose the best working parameters. The press can also be switched to manual use.
