Main description
1. RSG4 eye drop filling and capping machine mainly used for eye drop production line. This machine use advanced microcomputer to control peristaltic pumps filling in high accuracy. Technical flow process：bottles feeding with sectorial star-wheel，4 heads to fill，stoppers feeding in 4 tracks，caps feeding in 4 tracks, 4 heads for capping. These working process can insure the products in high quality. Machine mainly consists of unscrambler，bottle feeding part，sectorial star-wheel，filling part，stoppering part and capping part.
2. Unscramble：used to unscramble the disorder bottles, then transfer them to feeding.
3. Feeding belt and star-wheel: this part used to transfer bottles to sectorial star-wheel.
4. sectorial star-wheel: used to transfer bottles continuously.
5. Block：block does intermittent movement，when it stops，finish filling，stoppering and capping.
6. Filling part：use 4 peristaltic pumps to fill. 4 servo motors control filling in high accuracy. no dripping while filling. The filling needles will go up with liquid level. After filling stoped, liquid in needles will be resorption.
7. Stoppering part: manipulator to suck stoppers with vacuum pump.
8. Capping part: manipulator to suck caps with vacuum pump.
9. Cap sealing part: servo motor control to screwing caps.
