PGZL model dryer granulating roller compactor is a newly developed granulator with the most advanced technique. It overcomes the following disadvantages of classical model dryer granulator used at home and abroad: adapt to less types of material, bad granule porosity, uniformity, disintegration, digestion, and mobility, low rate of finished products.
When the material is put into the roller, another vacuum air releasing is executed to make sure the improvement of granule porosity, uniformity, disintegration, digestion. The improvement of the core technology guarantees the reasonable, full, and scientific use of the material in the production process through scientific and reasonable system and automatically control and optimizes the system according to different characters of material. In order to match the GMP standard and increase the cleaning efficiency, components built inside the machine can be quickly, conveniently unloaded and cleaned.
1. Convenient and fast cleaning:
Can be unloaded quickly without worrying about damage to other parts. All the components are designed to be smooth round angle transition to ensure the convenience of cleaning and reassembling.
2. Automatic control system:
The automatic control system of this machine has a high quality operating interface and data processing system. It can provide the function of online optimizing and process control at optimum time. Operator can watch various data and operating state from the screen of the operating interface.
3. Vacuum air releasing system:
The most advantage of this machine is that it can design multilevel pre-compress air releasing and vacuum air releasing or multilevel vacuum air releasing model separately according to custom’s material character and technical. It also does very well in producing low density, low gravity，easily deformed material and holds the leading position.
4. Through-the-wall design:
This kind of design can separate the clean area and mechanic drive area.
It can reduce the clean area greatly, minimize the possibility of material pollution and save energy by repairing and cleaning machine in the non-clean area.
5. Circulating system:
The standard granulating roller compactor includes compacting and circulating filter. It id used to rule out unqualified over-thick or over-thin powder in the finished products.
6. Vacuum feeding:
We can convey the material from floor to the material cabin of the granulator through vacuum equipment, not through manpower. This is a very easy and convenient way of feeding material.
7. Shifting process among material cabins:
The conveyance of material first from material cabin to dry granulator and grinding granulator, then to the collecting cabins through vacuum feeding machine is a typical closed conveyance. The advantages are as following:

8. Dry grinding granulator system:
We can provide special design according to the specification of special products and process. Usually, products manufactured dry granulator should pass the grinding process to get the even size granules, while the dry grinding granulator can have the optimal effect.
