The production line is suitable for the continuous automatic packaging production of the tray packaging, tray and the instruction box for the ampoule and vial.

It avoids the cross-contamination of the medicine in the packaging process, and ensuring that the pharmaceutical packaging production process fully complies with the GMP requirements.

This production line has the following characteristics

1.  This machine can realize: tray forming, tray punching, automatic bottle adding to the tray, carton unfolding, operational manual folding, tray and operational manual boxing, carton sealing, etc.

2.  Equipped with advanced computer control system to realize product statistics, equipment operation statistics, fault repair index and various packaging materials, detection, alarm and emergency automatic shutdown to ensure safe and accurate production line operation.
