Working principle
The vacuum freezing and dryer is a drying method which can sublime the moisture in the materials containing water from the solid state to the gas state under the low temperature freezing status and vacuum condition after the materials containing water as subjected to the treatment so as to remove the moisture and preserve the materials.
Machine description
1. Freeze-drying Chamber
Freeze-drying chamber: Internally mounted shelves for lyophilization.
The freeze-drying chamber is made according to the requirements of pharmaceutical grade. The cylinder body is made of 304 food grade stainless steel, and the internal mirror is polished. The finish is ≤ Ra0.8. The exterior is reinforced with standard channel steel, and the insulation is made of polyisocyanurate foam + aluminum foil insulation. According to the actual demand, the chamber door can be selected as a sliding door or a hinged revolving door. The chamber interior door is mirror polished, the finish is ≤ Ra0.8, and the external sandblasting treatment is beautiful. The production process and requirements are higher than the current domestic conventional food freeze dryer manufacturers.
2. Freeze-Drying Shelf
Shelf: The shelf is mainly used for cooling or heating freeze dryer products. Customized shelves are available according to customer requirements, with optional aluminum shelves or 304 stainless steel shelves. The aluminum shelf is made of excellent 6063-T6 aluminum alloy. Each aluminum plate is fromed through extrusion and drawning, the surface is smooth, and the heat transfer performance is good. The 304 stainless steel plate layer is processed by surface brushed square steel profiles, which is smooth and easy to clean and hygienic.
3. Freeze-Drying Cold-Trap
Cold trap: a cold trap is used to capture the water produced by evaporation inside a lyophilized product. The cold trap is processed strictly according to the medicinal standard, and the inner wall of the cylinder is wiredrawing processed with a smoothness ≤ Ra1.2. The water-capturing coil is processed in clean stainless steel. The integral structure or the split structure can be selected according to customer requirements.
4. Refrigeration System
Refrigeration system: Provides a source of refrigeration for freeze-dried products. The parts of the refrigeration system are purchased according to the medicinal standards; the compressor is made by the Italian Refcomp screw type, which has strong refrigeration capacity, fast cooling speed and stable and reliable performance. It adopts environmentally friendly R404a refrigerant; the main valves are imported brands Danfoss, Alco, Refco, Castel, Packless, etc.; the refrigeration pipeline is made of high quality copper tube + 304 stainless steel tube. The insulation material is insulated by a large brand of rubber and plastic pipes.
5. Heat Medium Circulation System
Heat medium circulation system: It flows inside the shelf to provide cold and heat source for the shelf; it can provide diversified heat medium (optional high-temperature heat-conducting oil, ternary mixture, silicone oil) according to customer requirements. Related circulating pumps, plate heat exchangers, valves, etc. are all big brand manufacturers, and the connecting pipes are all made of 304 stainless steel pipes.
6. Vacuum System
Vacuum system: Vacuuming the freeze-drying chamber and the cold trap. We offer a wide range of vacuum pump sets according to customer needs; we can use a combination of oil rotary vane vacuum pump, screw vacuum pump, water ring vacuum pump, Roots vacuum pump, etc.; vacuum pump can choose Edwards, Leybold and other imported brands or domestic brands such as Ulvac, Youyi and Feiyue. The connecting pipes are made of 304 polished stainless steel pipes.
7. Electrical Control System
Electrical control system: control lyophilizer operation and process settings. Electrical control components are big brands:
Schneider air openers, contactors, relays, Edwards vacuum gauges, PLC and touch screens for Omron, and computers for Lenovo.
8. Controlling Software
Omron PLC is the main control component, PC control interface is more powerful, more data is stored, and the operation is easier to master;
It has two automatic/manual control modes, and the control mode can be switched at will;the process setting "Recipe Management" can set a number of freeze-drying process curves;The recipe can be modified at any time during the “freeze drying” process and can be skipped at will.
