Main description
We will provide ROTECH ceiling panels, these contain factory made cut outs for light fixtures and are supported in a hanging fashion from the above host building. We assume appropriate overhead support structure (steel work or slab ceiling) is provided by client or present at site. Our ceiling panels are connected flush to the wall panels, therefore there is no additional coving needed.
Clean room
Clean room is also called dust-free workshop, which refers to the air within a certain space range of micro-particles, harmful air, bacteria and other pollutants, and indoor temperature, cleanliness, indoor pressure, airflow velocity and airflow distribution, noise vibration and lighting, electrostatic control within a certain demand range, while given a specially designed room. That is, no matter how the external air condition changes, the room can maintain the original requirements of cleanliness, temperature, humidity, pressure and other properties .
Our clean room decoration mainly includes: all kinds of steel sandwich panel for walls and ceiling, clean room use floor , clean room use doors and windows, air shower, interlocks, clean room telephone, installation of ventilation pipes, wind valves, air filtering system(HEPA), HVAC system, air exhausting system, power supply, electrical control system, alarm system, thunder-arresting and electrical ground system, cooling equipment etc. It also includes: air conditioner in the centre of testing center, air purifying of aseptic testing rooms and raw material sampling room.
Ceiling
This plate adopts sandwich structure: double faces are color-steel plate with baking finish, thickness of the steel plate is 0.5mm; middle part is insulated heat-insulation core with high density, optional materials for this model of ceiling are rock wool, paper honeycombs and aluminum honeycombs. In order to enhance the strength of ceiling, plaster of glass magnesium panel can be added. Person can walk on it for various maintenance work. Load-bearing of it should be more than 200kg.
The panels are connected by built-in aluminum keel or PVC square pipe to form a wall with continuous self bearing structure. Connection part between two panels are sealed with silicon rubber. The ceiling panel should be fixed onto the top of the building by M-8 threaded reinforcing bar and supports.
