Filling and vacuum plugging
Flush nitrogen before & after filling. note: If filling liquid like clear water, anti-drip set is no need. If filling special liquid, anti-drip set is optional.
After filling, the syringe is delivered to the vacuum chamber manually. When the vacuum chamber is closed following operation to be performed: vacuum sucking-nitrogen flush –vacuum sucking- nitrogen flush, then plug the stopper inside the syringe .The vacuum degree can be displayed digitally, and adjustable according to the filling volume. work area must be under Laminar Air Flow .Class 100 with isolation technique with sanitary gloves.
Main features

2. Sync 10 nozzles filling, linear rail (Y axle) is of German origin with high precision and free of maintenance.
3. Driven with two sets of servo motors (Japanese YASUKAWA).
4. Vacuum plugging, avoid micro particles due to friction if vibrator is used for rubber stoppers. Vacuum sensor is of Japanese origin, vacuum is adjustable in stepless way.
5. Print –out of process parameters, original data is stored.
6. All contact parts are of AISI 316L and pharmaceutical silicon rubber.
7. 12"colour touch screen displaying all working status including real time vacuum pressure, nitrogen pressure, air pressure, multi languages are available.
8. AISI316L or high-precision ceramic rotating piston pumps are driven with servo motors. Only set-up on touch screen for automatic accurate correction. Each piston pump can be tuned without any tool.
