Features

1.  Mixing and granulation are completed in one process, with reduced production time and increased efficiency.

2.  Materials are mixed and granulated in a closed stainless steel container, complying with GMP standards.

3.  Stable process and good product quality.

4.  Quick and simple operation.

5.  Safe operation. Interlock device is equipped and when the vessel lid is opened, the power shall cut off automatically.

6.  Impeller motor speed is variable to meet various process requirements.

7.  Inverted taper granulating bowl and special-shaped impeller and chopper are adopted to ensure reliable and uniform products.
