Clean room
Clean room is also called dust-free workshop, which refers to the air within a certain space range of micro-particles, harmful air, bacteria and other pollutants, and indoor temperature, cleanliness, indoor pressure, airflow velocity and airflow distribution, noise vibration and lighting, electrostatic control within a certain demand range, while given a specially designed room. That is, no matter how the external air condition changes, the room can maintain the original requirements of cleanliness, temperature, humidity, pressure and other properties .
Our clean room decoration mainly includes: all kinds of steel sandwich panel for walls and ceiling, clean room use floor , clean room use doors and windows, air shower, interlocks, clean room telephone, installation of ventilation pipes, wind valves, air filtering system(HEPA), HVAC system, air exhausting system, power supply, electrical control system, alarm system, thunder-arresting and electrical ground system, cooling equipment etc. It also includes: air conditioner in the centre of testing center, air purifying of aseptic testing rooms and raw material sampling room.
Window
1. Round-corner window is installed on the color-steel panel or melamine resin panel, consisting of white or black baking finished Alu-frame and double-layer glass, sealed with special sealant and fully even with the wall panel. The four corners of the window is round design, can be integrated with color-steel panel, easy to install and clean.
2. Square window is installed on the color-steel panel or melamine resin panel via layout installation, consisting of white or black baking finished alu-frame and double layer of glass, fully even with the wall panel and integrated with the wall, easy to install.
3. Double glazed window to avoid condensation water.
4. To be manufactured in completely clean area to ensure clean room dryness and sterility.
5. The interlayer is filled with inert gas and special measures have been taken to avoid humidity.
6. Completely smooth and flush connection with wall panels on both sides.
7. Sight glass -Clean window adopts double-layer of glass, each glass is individual, if one of them is broken, the other one will protect the cleanness of clean room and the production in workshop will not be influenced and disturbed. Each glass can be individually changed. double layer of glass with desiccant inside the window frame to absorb the moisture and avoid frost. Standard size of sight glass is 5mm tempering glass.
