Product Introduction
The BGL single use bioreactor is a complete integrated system, which is widely used in the cultivation of various cell lines, and the effect has been proved to be comparable to traditional stirred tanks. The use of one-time technology eliminates the need for time-consuming and uneconomical in-situ cleaning, in-situ sterilization and cleaning verification processes. Compared with tanks using fixed stainless steel pipes, the overall assembly design of the system is conducive to quick installation and start-up, rapid switching between batches, and a great improvement in process flexibility.
BGL single use bioreactor has six models to choose from: 50, 100, 250, 500, 1000 and 2000 liters, the corresponding cell culture volume ranges from 25 to 2000 liters. The unique design enables the minimum working volume to be as low as 50% of the maximum working volume (2:1 reduction rate). This makes it unnecessary to use additional seed reactors in most cases, reducing the corresponding costs. Each reactor system includes a stainless steel outer tank, the most advanced automation console and an optimized combination of disposable bioreactor bags.
