Introduction

Material suspends and forms fluidized state under the action of the undefiled hot air flow (load pressure), its surface is in full contact with the heated air, and the material is evenly heated and reaches ideal state for hot swapping thus to have a high efficiency. Configured with proper spraying system and through further structural improvement, fluid bed becomes a kind of multi-purpose processing facility in combined functions of drying, granulating.

This machine has been equipped a systems of “top spray”, base on a set of universal fluid system and alterable process module, adopt top technological operations.

Features

1.  Integrated Process: mixing and drying and granulation processes are completed in one chamber

2.  Filter Cloth: The operation is safe because the anti-static filter cloth is used.

3.  Exhaust Post filter: Air exhaust post might be used to clean the exhaust air.
