1.  Filling station

(1)Manual feed the empty bags on the specified location, and send a signal;

(2)The bags will be filled at this station;

(3)The liquid is filled into the bag through 2 filling needles

(4)The mass flow meters are used to control filling precision;

(5)Pneumatic diaphragm valves are used to control the filling;

(6)Silicone rubber tube (medical class) is used for connection to the filling pipes;

(7)CIP and SIP, sterilization at 121℃;

(8)Solution is fed via a product pump to the filling room on the scope of the end-user. Solution feeding pressure should be 2bar~4bar;


2.  Sealing station

(1)At this station, stoppers are inserted into tube port to close the bags;

(2)The stoppers are inserted into the tube port by cylinder;

(3)This station only needs to manually place the seal plug to the plug inlet port, and then send the seal plug to the stopping station driven by the cylinder;

(4)Option for oxygen replacement, the oxygen content can be keep not over 2% while air not over 40ml inside bag.


3.  Convey belt

(1)Conveying device is driven by barrel roll reducer motor;

(2)The height of the convey belt is adjustable, length should be confirmed by final drawing.


4.  Control 

(1)Electrical control components are integrated inside the device frame without control cabinet, and control circuit is connected with touch screen;

(2)In the control system, suitable size fuses or thermal magnetic protector are applied to the single phase power circuits and three phases power circuits.


5.  Machine Frame and Protective door 

(1)Machine frame is made of SS304;

(2)Interlock function is provided on the door. In normal operation, the doors are locked (mechanical type), which can not be opened.  If opened, alarm will be alerted and stop. If the door(s) are open, the machine can not run. 


6.  Laminar flow hood

(1)Laminar flow cover the filling machine area, using the ceiling installation;

(2)Fan is controlled by frequency to control air flow;

(3)There are lights on laminar flow hood;

(4)Primary filter and HEPA filter are used to filtering air;

(5)Differential gauge is installed;

(6)The frame and outside cover of laminar flow hood are made of SS304;


7.  Control system

A.  PLC

(1)PLC+ HMI selects Proface integrated products;

(2)PLC monitoring equipment operation process, with memory and counting functions;

(3)All the critical parameters can be displayed, setup and modified on HMI;

(4)This machine has the function of automatic stop and alarm; failure can be displayed on HMI;

(5)HMI can count the quantity of conformity and nonconformity;

(6)There are 3 grades of password in parameters control, which can be setup on HMI;

(7)User can store the parameters of different filling drug in HMI and directly use next time;

B.  Emergency stop

One emergency stop is equipped for the machine, locating on HMI of machine front side and frame of machine back side
