The pure steam generator is one of the important equipments used in sterilization cabinet, bioreactor (tank equipment), pipeline system (online sterilization), filter and so on. Working principle of pure steam generator

Raw water is heated by industrial steam in a first-effect preheater, and wFI is generally prepared from purified water by distillation (as well as reverse osmosis and ultrafiltration) with a chemical purity of 99.999% and no pyrogeness. Since the preparation process of pure steam is the same as that of distilled water for WFI, the same multi-effect distilled water machine or a separate pure steam generator can be used, so pure steam is discussed together with WFI.

The equipment is made entirely of 316L stainless steel, and the cylinder and exchanger working surface are subjected to standard pickling passivation treatment.

All components are mounted on sturdy carbon steel supports and can be easily disassembled and assembled.

Mineral wool insulation, surface covered with AISI304 stainless steel satin polished protective layer.

Double tube plate design: External preheater and evaporator are both designed with double tube plate to effectively prevent cross-contamination of various materials (double tube plate or single tube plate shall be adopted according to customer requirements).

Choice of raw materials: SS316L is used for parts contacting with pure steam and pure steam condensate water and pipes, and SS304 is used for the rest parts.

Reasonable sealing structure: most of the equipment is connected with flange and PTFE is used as sealing gasket. The whole machine is sealed to prevent leakage.

Electrochemical polishing: high surface finish; Improve the corrosion resistance of stainless steel; It can polish the position which cannot be handled by mechanical polishing equipment.

Energy saving: the heat exchange rate is improved by adopting thin-wall heat exchange tube and advanced material and water distributor.

Long service life: due to the large space, low speed separation, avoid steam friction corrosion. The service life of the machine is greatly extended.

Fully automatic welding with inner and outer argon gas protection: weld pipes and equipment barrels to ensure welding quality.

Insulation layer: composite silicate needle silk blanket, outer layer using SS304 wire drawing plate.

Control system: There are various control modes for users to choose: manual, PLC+ automatic meter, PLC+ touch screen, etc. PLC+ full automatic instrument can display temperature, conductance, flow rate and pressure on line, and PLC+ touch screen can observe parameter changes (temperature, conductance, flow rate and pressure, etc.) on line through the touch screen, so as to know the production status of the equipment at any time. And can be equipped with paper or paperless recorder according to customer requirements.
