Its basic working principle is: through a set of automatic control device, to ensure that the liquid controller or high, medium and low electrode probe feedback control during the operation of the water pump opening, closing, water supply length, furnace heating time; The maximum steam pressure set by the pressure relay will drop with the constant output of steam. When the water level is at low (mechanical) or medium (electronic) level, the pump will automatically fill water. When it reaches high water level, the pump will stop filling water. At the same time, the electric heat pipe inside the furnace continues to heat, a steady stream of steam is produced, the needle pressure gauge on the panel or the top upper part of the indicator immediately shows the steam pressure value, the whole process can be automatically displayed through the indicator light.

The water supply system is the throat of the automatic steam generator, supplying dry steam to the users continuously. When the water enters the water tank, turn on the power switch, driven by the automatic control signal, the high-temperature resistant solenoid valve opens, the water pump works, and the pump is injected into the furnace through the one-way valve. When the solenoid valve, one-way valve blocked or damaged, water supply to a certain pressure will be overpressure valve overflow water back to the tank, so as to protect the pump. When the water tank is cut off or there is residual air in the pump line, only the air into the water, as long as through the exhaust valve quickly exhaust, to have water ejected, close the exhaust valve, the pump can work normally. The most important component in the water supply system is the water pump, most of which adopt the multistage vortex pump with higher pressure and higher flow, and a small part adopt the diaphragm pump or vane pump.

The level controller is the central nerve of the generator automatic control system. The electronic level controller controls the liquid level (i.e., the difference of water level) through three electrode probes of different heights, so as to control the water supply of the water pump and the heating time of the furnace and electric heating system. The working pressure is stable and the application range is relatively wide. The mechanical level controller adopts stainless steel float ball type, which is suitable for the generator with large furnace capacity. The working pressure is not stable, but it is easy to disassemble, maintain and repair.
