However, large glass infusions also have many advantages. For example, glass bottles have good stability among all infusion packaging forms. They have good barrier properties such as water and oxygen and light barriers, good oxidation resistance, and compatibility with liquid medicines. Stable performance, so there are many liquid medicines on the market, especially nutrient liquids and therapeutic infusions are packaged in glass bottles. Therefore, glass bottle infusion will occupy a certain share in the entire field of infusion, and will always have long-term value and prospects.

Performance characteristics

1.  The bottle washing machine adopts a new type of bottle washing machine structure (roller bottle washing, vertical bottle washing or box type bottle washing can be flexibly selected). The rough washing and fine washing are completely separated, and they are completed on two different equipment, avoiding Cross-contamination;

2.  The box-type bottle washing machine adopts secondary bottle connection technology, which avoids the undesirable phenomena such as inverting, turning over, and frying the bottle during the bottle output process, increases the stability of the equipment, and avoids excessive manual assistance. The impact on the production environment;

3.  The box-type bottle washing machine adopts crawler-type bottle loading, and the bottle mouth positioning technology is adopted for washing. There is a long pouring station after washing the bottle, the pouring time is long, and there is no residual water in the bottle;

4.  The vertical bottle washing adopts an interlocking manipulator, which clamps the bottle firmly, does not drop the bottle, and has good durability. It adopts a compression spring to return to avoid the problem of poor durability of the tension spring mechanical hand spring; the bottle washing nozzle is driven by a servo motor to track Flushing, accurate tracking position, good nozzle alignment, adjustable tracking range, to avoid the problem of gap caused by mechanical cam wear.

5.  The filling machine uses time and constant flow principle to fill. The filling volume is adjusted by computer and the measurement is accurate. It realizes no bottle no filling, completely avoids the funnel type defect, and can realize in-place cleaning/in-place disinfection ( CIP/SIP);

6.  After the filling is completed, nitrogen filling can be carried out as needed (normal nitrogen filling and vacuum filling nitrogen). During the vacuum filling and plugging process, the solenoid valve is controlled: continuously between nitrogen filling and vacuuming Conversion: Vacuum the glass bottle, and then flush with nitrogen after reaching the vacuum. Repeat the conversion three times to achieve the purpose of filling the space of the infusion bottle with pure nitrogen and protecting the liquid medicine, so that the residual oxygen content is controlled below 1.0%;

7.  The capping machine is equipped with a dust suction device, which can suck away the aluminum chips produced during capping, and then discharge them together;

8.  It is equipped with an online monitoring system that can monitor the key factors that affect product quality (such as dust particles, airborne dust bacteria, wind speed, wind pressure, etc.), and the results can be online print it out.
